Annual Check-up Time for Your HVAC Unit

Most of the time, our weather is pretty predictable. This time of year your home’s HVAC unit gets a bit of a break since it’s not running 24/7 to keep your home cool. Now it is the perfect time to have an annual check-up done on your home’s HVAC unit.

Shannon’s Heating and Cooling has service plans available designed to keep your home’s comfort system operating at peak performance all year long. Having your home’s HVAC system routinely inspected is just as important as having your vehicle’s oil changed at regular intervals. Imagine what would happen if you neglected your vehicle’s engine and didn’t change the oil as was recommended by the manufacturer. Before long, you would be replacing an engine, and it would be very expensive.

Your home’s HVAC system is most likely, the most expensive “appliance” you have in your home, and most likely, the largest investment other than the physical structure it’s self. That’s why it is so important to service your HVAC system on a regular basis, at least two times per year. Regular service and inspections can save you from having extremely big (and costly) repairs down the road.

Our maintenence plans include checking your refrigerant charge, inspecting the coils, checking all electrical components, changing your filters, clearing and flushing any drain lines, and many, many more services. If you happen to need a part replaced, our maintenance plan also allows for discounts to our members.

Call Shannon’s Heating and Cooling today to schedule your home’s HVAC system check-up. Shannon’s Heating and Cooling is a fully licensed and insured HVAC contractor located in Pensacola, FL. You may email us at info@shannonshvac.com or call us at 850-698-3101.
