Molino might not be the biggest place on earth, but it is home to some of the best and nicest people. We love our customers in Molino, and we would love to have more! Pace/ Milton

The Milton and Pace communities of our area are the home to some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Like the rest of us, Pace and Milton enjoy beautiful weather most of the time. With the sun and sand and maritime environment, HVAC systems might not last as long as they should. We understand that, and we are able to steer our Pace and Milton area residents toward solutions that will help their HVAC systems last as long as they are designed to.

Talk about paradise on Earth: Perdido and/ or the Perdido Key area is just that! Lots of beach homes and condominiums cover the landscape but that doesn’t take away from the natural beauty of the area.
